Do I have to be present during the cleaning?

No worries, our trusted professionals can still get the job done

Note: we recommend that you be present on the first appointment. This way, you can meet the professional, show your home and explain what you expect.

For one-time cleaning service, kindly let us know how our professional can access your home (e.g. leave the key under the mat, give the key to security, leave the door open, etc). You can also include special instructions while booking the appointment.

How long will it take to clean my house?

Depending on the covered area. It will differ from one location to another. You can refer Tips option as assistant while booking.

How do I book a house cleaning service?

You can request our services through the iClean App (Link can be found in Home page).

Kindly note that availability of our professionals depends on advance booking as they get booked up very quickly by weekly clients!

How many people will come to clean my home?

Simply specify the number of professionals you need while booking the appointment. You can request multiple professionals as this will get the job done faster.

Can I cancel my booking?

No worries, you can cancel your booking before 24 Hours of appointment.

What happens if I am not happy with the service?

No Worries, we will respond to your complaints immediately, you can communicate with us through the App, call or email us on our customer service centre.
